Love and commitment — a winning combination
At the peace rally held in Washington, D.C., just before the US went to war in Iraq, one of the things we often chanted was “this is what democracy looks like.” I think that if you want to know what love and commitment look like, you can find the answer in the story of Dick and Ricky Hoyt.
